Swedish - Swedish massage is known for promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and easing muscle tension through gentle, flowing strokes. It improves circulation, boosts lymphatic drainage, enhances overall flexibility, lowers blood pressure, improves sleep quality, and supports immune function.

Stretch - Stretching offers several key benefits. It improves flexibility, increases range of motion, and helps prevent injuries. Regular stretching also reduces muscle stiffness and soreness, improves posture, and enhances circulation.

Trigger Point - A specialized type of massage that focuses on identifying and releasing “trigger points”—tight, sensitive spots in muscles that can cause pain locally or in other parts of the body. Relieving these areas can reduce tension, reduce pain, and bring oxygen and blood to the area.
